RESERVATION AND PAYMENT PROCESS

A deposit of 30% or 100% of the total price is required, this will guarantee the reservation and payment of tickets that require advance reservation.

Your personal information is requested such as Full Name, Passport Number, Nationality and Date of Birth. The data provided will be used confidentially and internally at PERU HIKING TOURS.

PERSONAL INFORMATION CHANGE

It is important to provide your personal information in the correct way, the data will be used to make the reservation and 100% payment of some tourist tickets such as entry tickets and transportation services. The modification of data will imply an additional cost regulated by the tourist entity from which it is requested, at least 72 hours in advance is required to modify data.

SERVICE CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION OF THE TOURIST SERVICE is understood as the early absence of the client for the reserved tourist service, this would imply the total loss of the amount for the tickets already purchased or paid, as well as 20% of the remaining amount for administrative issues.

NO SHOW

NO SHOW is understood when the client does not show up at the time of the start of the tourist program, this will imply the total loss of payment without any chance to get refunded.

PAYMENT METHODS

PERU HIKING TOURS immediately offers different payment ways, accessible and easy use for the client. We accept payments through DEBIT CARDS, CREDIT CARDS, BANK TRANSFERS and PAYMENT APPLICATIONS.

DELAY IN PRESENTATION TO TOURS BECAUSE OF FLIGHTS OR OTHER TYPE OF TRANSPORTATION

PERU HIKING TOURS is not responsible for your flight or any transportation that implies delay in your arrival to the City of Cusco, consequently, a timely failure to appear at the start of the reserved tour. We are committed providing facilities for rescheduling according to the scope of our possibilities.

PRICES OF TOURIST PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

The price of the services is established in each program through our website, or in another way established by mutual agreement between the CLIENT and PERU HIKING TOURS.

Prices are expressed in US dollars and can also be paid in Soles at the current exchange rate.

Prices do not include payment Taxes, as well as transfers. Ask the additional payment percentage for taxes.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

PERU HIKING TOURS is responsible for providing good service to CLIENTS (Punctuality, Respect, Cleanliness and Quality) during the development of the tourist program.

PERU HIKING TOURS is not responsible for the loss of personal property during the development of the tourist program.

PERU HIKING TOURS is not responsible for damages or injuries caused during the development of the tourist activities part of the reserved program, it is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to accept the tourist service offered.
